Upland Software Brand Extension & Accessibility Audit
Project Overview:
My collaboration with Upland Software has focused on scalable brand systems that maintain visual consistency across events, digital media, and print. Leveraging Canva and Microsoft Online, I developed a structured design system that allows teams to execute branding efficiently—without constant designer oversight.
Design Strategy:
Rather than just producing one-off designs, I created repeatable templates and frameworks in Canva and Microsoft Online, ensuring seamless brand application across events, marketing materials, and digital assets. This approach eliminated inconsistencies and made high-quality branding accessible to the entire team.
Contributions:
✔ Event Branding & Environmental Design – Designed booth visuals, signage, and digital displays that engaged attendees and reinforced Upland’s brand identity.
✔ Motion & Digital Media – Created animations, videos, and product one-pagers, turning complex offerings into clear, compelling narratives.
✔ Accessibility Audit & Guidelines – Conducted a full accessibility review, leading to new color usage guidelines for better legibility across all platforms.
✔ Scalable Design Assets in Canva & Microsoft Online – Built template-driven marketing and sales materials, allowing teams to maintain brand consistency without starting from scratch.
Outcome:
By implementing a scalable, template-driven brand system, I helped Upland enhance brand consistency, improve accessibility, and streamline design workflows. The new accessibility guidelines made the brand more inclusive, while the Canva and Microsoft Online templates allowed non-designers to execute polished, on-brand visuals with ease.
